TAHLIA

Tahlia started her pole journey in 2022 and fell in love with the sport as soon as she stepped foot in the door. There wasn’t a day she wasn’t in the studio. A year after starting pole, she ventured into the world of showgirl work and began performing on weekends. She loves putting on a show and bring her performing experience to her classes. She has also competed in debut pole comp and plans to do more competitions in the future.
Come see Tahlia at the front desk to get your pole journey started today.
CATY
INSTRUCTOR
I’ve been pole dancing for six years and have been teaching for one. Since having a baby, I haven’t had the chance to join any solo competitions, but maybe one day soon! My favourite style is flow all styles, really as I love exploring fluidity and finding creative ways to move around the pole. While there are so many incredible people in the pole world, my biggest inspiration is my students. They consistently inspire me by showing up, trying something new, and putting in the work. What I love most about teaching is seeing people’s confidence grow both in their movements and their bodies.
JAMIE
INSTRUCTOR
Jamie has been in the performing arts and aerial industry for over 15 years. Her career as a coach and performing artist has taken her across Australia. A multi skilled entertainer, Jamie has a vast performance portfolio including being apart of several travelling circus shows, and performing at Melbourne’s most iconic institutions including The Forum Theatre and Marvel Stadium. Her skill set includes pole, swinging pole, aerial hoop, silks, fire twirling, burlesque, acrobatics and she dabbles in all styles of dance.
LAURA
INSTRUCTOR
Laura (also known as Lola Luxe) has been pole dancing for 13 years and began teaching pole in 2025. A two-time Frisk finalist (2022 & 2024), she has a deep love of exotic style dance, and is especially passionate about slinky floorwork, fluid transitions, and plenty of hair-ography!
Currently inspired by pole icons like Gracie, Vika, and Jazzy K (among many others), Laura brings both passion and creativity into every class.
AMELIA
INSTRUCTOR
Amelia, is so happy to be joining the Core 24 Pole Fitness team! She’s loved dance her entire life, she started pole in 2019 she was one of those people who danced alone in their room constantly. So, she’s incredibly grateful to be making her childhood dreams come true and sharing my love of dance!
Her favorite dance styles are exotic flow, floorwork, and low flow. Anything with leg waves is my vibe! As for tricks, she is huge fan of shoulder mounts, Jamila presses, and all the leg hangs!
BONNIE
INSTRUCTOR
Pole captured Bonnie’s heart all the way back in 2014. She believes it is one of the most challenging forms of fitness there is. Pole is ever so humbling yet so rewarding, as there are so many areas to work on. Between strength, flexibility, and dance, there is always something to improve.
Before pole, Bonnie had zero fitness experience at all. The first half of her pole journey saw her rush through levels and tricks, causing many silly and minor injuries.
TENAYHA
INSTRUCTOR
I’ve been pole dancing for seven years and teaching for five. In the past few years, I’ve had the opportunity to compete and place in several events, including Hardcore Up and Coming 2024, 3rd place at RPAC 2023, and 2nd place with the Audience Choice award at Debut 2023. My favourite dance style is hardstyle. I love the power, intensity, and energy it brings.
What I love most about teaching is seeing my students develop a deeper sense of self-love through their pole journey.
