Our Core24 pole dance studio is located at our Carrum Downs Club which you can access 24 hours – 7 days a week! We have 2 studios and competition level pole equipment so there is always room to practice. Our Pole Dance fitness classes are a great full body workout for any fitness level that will help you build strength, flexibility & coordination.
By using the vertical pole as a prop you’ll learn various moves and poses on the pole, such as spins, climbs, holds, and inversions, which require a combination of strength, balance, and flexibility. Plus every class includes conditional exercises to build upper body & core strength and stretches to improve flexibility.

Tahlia started her pole journey two and a half years ago and fell in love with the sport as soon as she stepped foot in the door. There wasn’t a day she wasn’t in the studio. A year after starting pole, she ventured into the world of showgirl work and began performing on weekends. She loves putting on a show and plans to bring her performing experience to her classes. Meet Ash, our newest instructor at Core! With 11 years of pole experience and a decade of teaching under her belt, Ash brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our team. She has a deep love for teaching tricks and has even trained other instructors, guiding them to share her enthusiasm for the art of pole.
Recently, Ash became a mum and has returned to her passion for teaching here at core24. We’re excited to have her here can’t wait for you to experience her energy and expertise in the studio.
Say hello to Tenayah, one of our talented instructors! Tenayah started her pole journey 3 years ago with a passion for dance. She has extensive gymnastic background and wanted to explore the world of pole dance. She was able to blend her two worlds together perfectly!
With her background in coaching gymnastics, she has always enjoyed helping others reach their potential and achieve their goals. She hopes to inspire and encourage her students to continue to grow and develop their style.
