Beginner 8-week pole course class
( Spin and Static combination)
Dancing on a spinning pole forms beautiful, graceful and fluid movements though its a different kind of strength, grip and a lot more control. A spinning pole can also get you twirling a lot faster than you’re used to, so to avoid the dizziness we start our beginners off with functional and con-trolled movements that we modify and grow on. As per our static class this workshop runs for 8 weeks. If you are new to pole and tend to get dizzy we suggest starting off with the intro course class first and focus building on your control and strength.
