Australia’s First 24/7 Pole Studio

Classes

Pole Dance

A choreography-focused class where you learn a new routine or build on phrases each week, blending spins, transitions and floorwork with musicality and expression. This is an ideal option if you want to develop confidence in performance, explore different styles and feel more fluid and connected on and around the pole.

Beginner Tricks

An accessible skills class for new students who would like to build a strong foundation. You will learn core beginner movements such as fireman, chair and back hook spins, along with basic seats and safe introductory climbs, while developing strength, confidence and body awareness.

Beginner/Intermediate Tricks

A technical class designed to support students who are progressing beyond beginner level. The focus is on building the strength and technique required for first inverts, including controlled chopper preparation, early leg-hang entries and a secure crucifix, with safer grounded options always available where needed.

Intermediate Pole Tricks

A skills-based class for students already working comfortably above the floor. You will refine your technique on movements such as outside leg hang, genie and layback, and begin linking these skills into short combinations to improve control, strength and endurance in the air.

Advanced Tricks

A high-level class for experienced polers who wish to further extend their repertoire. Coaching focuses on complex skills such as aerial ayesha variations, handspring entries and aerial shoulder mounts, with particular attention to safe progression, clean lines and strong dynamic control. This course class focuses on various transitions down the pole with control and strength.

Intermediate Hardstyle Pole Dance

A music-driven choreography class set to hardstyle tracks. You will combine dynamic pole movement with strong shapes, accents and floorwork, building stamina, musicality and stage presence in an energetic and supportive environment. Knee pads are essential!

Invert Conditioning

A focused conditioning and technique class to support safe, confident inverts. Sessions combine off-pole strength work with on-pole drills for movements such as chopper preparation, controlled basic inverts and tuck-to-invert variations, helping upside-down work feel progressively safer and more stable.

Beginner Heels

An introductory heels class that emphasises safe technique, posture and elegant lines. You will practise fundamental walks, basework and floorwork in a welcoming, body-positive setting designed to build confidence, coordination and personal style.

Chair Dance

A chair-based choreography class with no pole required. You will explore musicality, expression and controlled floor-to-chair transitions, making this an enjoyable option for building performance confidence and movement quality in a low-impact format.

Pole Flow

A slower-paced class which prioritises seamless transitions and aesthetically pleasing shapes around the pole and slow musicality. Pole flow combinations are used to help you connect individual skills, improve body awareness and develop a smoother, more continuous style of movement with intent and emotion.

Flex and Flow

A mobility-focused session combining pole-specific flexibility work with dynamic, structured movement. You will move through guided warm-ups, targeted stretching and flowing combinations designed to enhance lines, range of motion, control and overall body awareness. This class is amazing for all levels and helps you land those twisty, splitty movements.

Open Pole Tricks

A supervised open-training session for students at all levels. You may choose to revise material from classes or courses, drill “almost there” skills, run choreography or film content, while an instructor is available for feedback, guidance and spotting as required.

Mums and Bubs Postnatal and Rehab Pole

A gentle, postnatal-appropriate class for mothers who wish to safely return to movement and rebuild strength. The focus is on core- and pelvic-floor-aware exercises, light conditioning and beginner pole skills, in a relaxed environment where you may bring a child up to four years of age. It is a supportive space to reconnect with your body, meet other mums and enjoy dedicated time for yourself while still having your little one close by.

Pop Up (2-week taster)

Pop Up Weeks – Trending Taster Classes

Short two-week programs scheduled between regular course terms, designed to showcase popular and emerging styles. Pop Ups allow both current students and new visitors to explore specialty content that is not always on the timetable, without committing to a full course.

Handspring Foundations ( Intermediate/ Advanced to Advanced)

A two-week intensive for intermediate and advanced students who wish to understand handspring mechanics in a structured way. You will break down entries, body position and safe spotting, supported by targeted strength and grip work, to establish a solid base for handsprings and related power moves.

Stripper Rock Dance Class

A high-energy choreography series inspired by classic club style and rock anthems. The focus is on confident walks, strong accents and playful floorwork, building musicality and performance presence in a supportive environment.

Striptease Dance Class

A slower, more sensual choreography series that emphasises musicality, timing and controlled transitions. You will work with simple props and nuanced performance details, such as eye line and intention, with the aim of feeling comfortable, expressive and in control.

Floorwork and Acro (High Beginner to Intermediate)

A two-week program focusing on low-level floor-based movement and acro-inspired transitions. You will learn accessible rolls, slides and low-pole shapes that develop strength, coordination and flow, with clear progressions to keep both high-beginner and intermediate students appropriately challenged.

Musical Theatre Pole Dance

A themed choreography series combining musical-theatre storytelling with pole technique. Each Pop-Up centres on a particular show or concept, helping you explore character work, expression and stage presence in a fun and encouraging setting.

Lyrical Pole

A choreography-based series that focuses on expressing emotion through movement. You will work on flowing transitions, expressive shapes and changes in dynamics to build both technical quality and a deeper connection to the music.

Frequently Aked Questions

For the warm-up you can wear track pants and a hoodie, but once you’re on the pole you’ll need skin contact for grip — so shorts and a crop top or singlet are ideal. Heels are optional in beginner classes. If you want to try heels, we recommend the Pleaser brand with ankle straps for stability. Ask an instructor for sizing help. Bring a water bottle and consider picking up some pole grip — Griptinite is sold at reception.

None at all. Our Beginner Tricks class is designed for people who have never touched a pole. All shapes, sizes, fitness levels and backgrounds are welcome. The strength and fitness comes with the practice — you don’t need it before you start.

We have brass and stainless steel poles in both studios. Stainless steel is great in cooler conditions; brass provides better grip in humid weather. All poles can switch between spin and static modes. Studio 2 is fitted with coloured spotlights to set the mood during class.

Absolutely. Every class is designed for its target level. You do not need to be fit to start — many students find pole is the first exercise they’ve genuinely stuck with. The strength and fitness develops naturally with consistent practice.
